You will be putting your health at risk. A bad diet (therefore one containing high amounts of fat) is one of the ten major risk factors for getting a stroke (among other things!). So I’m not saying you will definitely get a stroke but you are increasing your chances. Think of it as gambling, its all an odds game, sometimes you are lucky and sometimes you aren’t but if you increase your risk you are more likely to be unlucky.
It will not be good. I know a lot of people who study nutrition and obesity. Here is one of the saddest facts I’ve ever learned: the generation being born right now will be the first in human history to NOT outlive their parents. And it’s all because of obesity.
@happy At ‘best’ you would feel really lethargic (tired and lazy) and put on weight, and at worst you would be shortening your life if all you ate was fast food! It’s full of bad fats and sugar, and is the fast track to heart attacks, strokes, obesity, and diabetes. Have you not see Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution????
The occasional piece of fast food is ok – everything in moderation – but only if balanced with healthy eating and exercise.
