      Hi,
      Well yes and no. If you are talking about chemical energy what you would want to do would be to split the water in to. To have hydrogen and oxygen then you can store these and use them as a portable battery. When you combine to the two of them together they give out energy.

      So you can’t make water out of energy but it is an important part of making electricity. It is also heated into steam that drives the turbines in power

      It is a useful thing!
